Positive: The location is excellent, walks from door and pub over the road. The sofa and bed were ultra comfy :) The place is small but well designed and all things thought of. We didn't find it too small at all. Although we didn't meet our hosts, we were contacted to make sure all was okay.

Negative: The alarm (Carbon monoxide I think) on the wall on the bedroom blinks and is annoying when you are trying to sleep. Although the bed is very comfy, we found it hot - I think the brushed cotton bedding and the thick quilt were why. This is just us though, others would like this.

Positive: Location was fine - only a short daily drive to Falmouth to spend the days with our grandchildren. The apartment is very clean and private with all mod cons and friendly hosts.

Negative: Storage limited. Being advanced in years we couldn't lift up the end of the bed to access extra storage or perhaps there's a knack to it. Parking is not ideal. I think people should be made aware that - except for unloading on arrival and loading on departure - you are expected to park in the village car park. (The car park is only a 40-yard walk from the property though).

Negative: Short on storage space and access with a little tricky getting suitcases and luggage over the step. Path was large gravel, a smooth surface would have been nice

Positive: Modern apartment with attention to detail 👌. Lovely vase of flowers, welcome pack, and a bottle of bubbly greeted us on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Although we didn't meet Cassie and Giles, we contacted them via messages a couple of times, and they responded immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay 😍.
