This property is very convenient and centrally located inside the perimeter (ITP) right off the major 285 Highway leading to the airport and around Atlanta. With less than a 30 minute-drive to most of Atlanta’s hot spots and restaurants in Midtown and Buckhead, and major attractions in Downtown where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “SLEEPS” 8 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 10 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 8 people total.
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate removal from the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.*

Summary: The propwrtybis an assuming from thr curb but once you're inside it is quite well done. Nice size rooms. Yard is super private and makes using the jacuzzi and pool even more enjoyable. Location is about 30 minutes from the airport outside of rush hour and is close to restaurants and grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and pots and pans.

Summary: We rented this place to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a long weekend. We were hesitant about the abundance of rules about noise and such, but we're not especially rowdy people. After booking, I was interrogated about my reasons for staying there and felt like I had to prove we weren't loud before the booking would even be confirmed. It was aggravating, but I figured it was over. Upon arrival, we discovered things aren't as good as they appear in the pictures. As another reviewer mentioned, the floors are uneven and the master bedroom mattress creaks loudly. Then when we were going to sleep, we started itching and saw a flea, which was easy to find in the white sheets. I called property management upon waking the next morning. She said they would send pest control that day, asked us to stay at the house that day (we had planned to go into Decatur and shop), and said they'd have a bottle of spray dropped off. None of those things happened, and I did not receive any follow up communication. I didn't want to spend my vacation making phone calls. I had already reported the issue, and they failed to respond. We continued to see fleas. We even checked out early and asked for a partial refund. They finally sent pest control after I requested that, who said they didn't find any fleas. If they'd come when we were there, we could have shown them. My partner also fell on the unmarked deck where there's a step down and got a deep, swollen leg bruise. Luckily, she's okay.

Summary: The good: Beautiful pool, beautiful hot tub & spacious enough rooms. The bad: From the moment you inquire about this property, the property management will overwhelm you with extremely restrictive rules & potential extra charges for ANYTHING you could possibly do in the house. According to Ventura Management, you have to stay in the house but you can’t breathe or talk or laugh or exist really. And all this for a place that had dirty and uneven floors, old furniture, SQUEAKY beds, leaves in the pool & the most basic features. Final Verdict: I have stayed in luxury properties all over the world & this place is not a luxury property by any means. It’s a decent, small home with the pool & hot tub being the main attraction. If you’re okay with something a bit janky but the management breathing down your neck & willing to scam you out of charges for anything you could possibly do - go for it! My friends and I still had a good time but that’s because we’re used to cranky people trying to kill the vibe anyways.

Summary: The place was pretty good. It was clean and smelled great from the air fresheners. Lots of space for my family of four, and everyone enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing in Atlanta. The neighborhood is quiet as well. No complaints at all. You will enjoy your stay here.

Summary: I loved this property and would stay again! It’s cozy and quiet and has just enough space! I also loved that there was a deck on every side of the house! Since we were with our adult children, it provided space for us to be together but to also have separate spaces. The location is very peaceful, private, and quiet and it is close to everything you need! It was also like only 3 miles off the interstate! The shower is also AMAZING! We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our friends loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and neat. The only thing is the large beds creaked every movement and the chair and sofa did the same. Overall fun time near the places we wanted to visit!

Summary: The items I expressed concern about were offered to be fixed immediately. However I did not require that. I am sure those items were addressed. The only issue not mentioned to management was the lack of the proper cushion for the chairs provided. The cushions provided were made to work as there were only four of us after all. But did not "fit" in boxes they are stored in.
