Summary: The home is nicely appointed and very clean. Beds and sofa are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Noise machines help cancel out street noise. Although there is only street parking, we were always able to park within two blocks of the house, and the neighbors are cordial. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and a great help!

Summary: The renovation job was very nice. Parking was crazy but you can park two blocks away in a lighted area with back in angled parking which was good. We did not walk anywhere. You probably could walk to downtown but we didn’t

Summary: We were very disappointed in the location, which we were not told until 2 weeks before our arrival. We NEVER received an outside picture, so we had no idea what to look for. There was next to no parking, so unloading was difficult. The neighborhood was a bit frightening! We felt quite unsafe! We feel a great deal of information was left unsaid. We will not use Vrbo again as we cannot trust it. PS. We were four older women, two with physical disabilities, traveling together. Please feel free to contact me for further information. We made a list of inside the home issues that should be addressed.

Summary: Parking was a major issue we parked in a garage and walked 10 minutes back to rental. Neighborhood didn’t seem safe. Rental was further out about 10 minutes to Penn Station. Walking on Queen st seemed safest route. AC didn’t cool evenly upstairs was very hot in order to cool it down so it was comfortable to sleep the downstairs was freezing. No screens on second floor windows.

Summary: Everything in this house is cheap and flimsy. The heat only allows 72 degrees, even at night when it's 50s outside. There is a gross pungent odor when you walk in that doesn’t dissipate.There was body hair in the downstairs bathroom. The living rug is very dirty. One of the corners covers a floor grate that has collapsed in, so it's a constant tripping hazard. The neighborhood is scruffy and sketchy. My son and I were followed at 11pm by someone whistling trying to get our attention. We hurried up the steps and deadbolted the door and someone banged on the outside of the house. Neighbors have parties with pounding music – goes on until well after midnight.Have photos and videos of all of the above if anyone wants extra info.

Summary: Besides small amount of dust on the ledge of pictures in living room everything else was great!! Location was very close to our daughter’s dance competition site. Parking wasn’t the greatest but was brought to our attention on the initial listing of BnB. Owner was very communicative with us throughout our stay!! Would recommend over and over again!!
