Positive: Excellent host and wonderful communicator Helped me fix the washer from far away even Nice quiet neighborhood- 750m/10 minute walk (we walk fast too) to the metro Away from the hustle/bustle of the city. Keep that in mind if you want to be super close to something specific. Beautiful place with nice appliances. the atrium is probably phenomenal in the summer Had space for all 7 of our people with 3 normal bedrooms and 1 pseudo bedroom for 2 couples and 3 adult children 2 boys, 1 girl. Recommend letting the host know how you want the beds arranged in advance and if you need more than 1 pillow per person. We were traveling with 2 people with disabilities and and they needed more than usual needs.

Negative: Would have liked instructions that had been emailed to have been printed on location to peruse through without my phone. As well as a tip sheet for the appliances. Hot tub is easily misconstrued - its a garden tub with no jets. not a Hot tub outside for 4 people to enjoy at once with jets. Personal belongings of the owner stuffed into all the areas was a bit overwhelming for some when they were looking for places to put things. Just make sure all of the group knows this bnb is not empty. Perception often is determined by what you are accustomed to. There were a few items in the drawers that you could tell weren’t washed well in the dishwasher and were just put away anyhow. We used the dishwasher once and discovered why we found not so clean dishes and opted to hand wash for the remainder of the trip.

Positive: A fantastic stay - A truly wonderful house - clean, comfortable and functional. cleanliness. Everything worked perfectly, and the design and architecture are both stylish and impressive, with plenty of light and space. The host was very helpful and welcoming, and communication was easy and pleasant throughout. We felt at home right away and would highly recommend this place!

Positive: This was one of my best experiences with booking.com. Michael was a superb host - excellent communication and consideration for his guests. I honestly can not find any flaws with our experience. The property itself is gorgeous and has all necessary equipment and facilities. The house easily accommodated my group of 7 people - very spacious. It's also situated in a great location (a few of us walked from the airport to it, and we were able to walk to the city Centre with ease) Overall an excellent experience, would highly recommend this property. 10/10.
