Positive: The house is great. Good instructions on how to get there and how to get in (they were a bit full of things not to do, but apparently the hosts had some bad experience along the way). Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. House was nice and clean upon arrival! The donut shop 500m from the house is a must-visit! Close to a subway station with parking.

Negative: The area the house is in is a bit run down and there are lots of homeless people around (this turned out to be a problem in Oakland and SF in general). You can see people making efforts to turn this around though.

Summary: Good to explore SF from here!

Positive: Excellent location convenient to BART and great bagel shop for breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable . All of our expectations were met. We will definitely return for another stay .
