Positive: This by chance was the second year in a row we stayed here the night before our flight out of Zagreb. What a great place. Super clean comfortable and close to the city and the airport. Cannot recommend this place enough

Positive: This was our final apartment of the trip. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well decorated and, most importantly, very close to the airport. With a 6am flight departure, it was nice to be 5 minutes from the airport.

Positive: The apartment is in a building with common entrance to a total of 3 apartments. Main entrance and apartments have separate digital locks. Each with their own code, which was nice. The main lock is a bit finicky but works fine in general. Owners provided clear instructions on how to use it. The apartment itself was warm, had dedicated bathroom and what looked like a terrace of some sort, which was locked so im not sure if that is included generally.. Im also not sure if other apartments have the same arrangement or not. The area seems nice, there were plenty of parks, stores and food places in walking distance. There was a dedicated semi private (it was separated by a decorative fence from the general area) parking space for each apartment. Which was nice as well.

Negative: On the outside on the terrace apparently there was a broken glass that was replaced recently, but the shards of the glass were still outside, which wasnt a big deal, since the entrance was locked. The problem was that there were shards of glass on the floor inside the apartment that i guess the cleaning people didnt see or missed, but was quite dangerous. Apartments are not that well isolated and you can hear people walking and talking above (we were on the first and last floors). The KYC process leaves something to be desired. It is not secure at all, as you have to send ID pictures over viber and then the owners register you themselves, instead of being provided a KYC portal where to register yourself, saving you the trouble of sharing IDs. Other than the above, we were very pleased with everything else.
