Positive: Great stay! The apartment is recently renovated, super comfy, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. Self check-in was easy. Even though there are two independent apartments on the property, privacy wasn’t an issue at all. The host was really friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, right by the tram and close to a hospital parking lot that’s affordable. Would definitely stay again!

Positive: super nice host. very comfortable and very quiet apartment (rare in this city!). everything is new and clean. fancy bathroom. lovely balcony. beautiful view. easy access to the city via tram.

Negative: although indeed it's an easy tram ride from the city center, the apartment is in a neighborhood where not everyone would feel comfortable when it's dark. polyester sheets - again, not to everyone's liking

Negative: It was good but Very Expensive for that place.No parking even around the place it is almost impossible to find parking and it is very very far. No shampoo or showergel. The quilt was smelly. The stove stops working sometimes.

The location is another big plus - it's in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet extremely well connected, with the tram stop just a 1-minute walk away. We loved how easy it was to reach the city center (10 minutes), restaurants, and main attractions without the noise and stress of staying downtown. One thing we particularly appreciated was the welcome touches: a bottle of water in the fridge, coffee, and even local tips from the host. It really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests' comfort.
