Negative: the issue is no AC and Fan , it was very hot this time, left 1 day before the trip, no lift, you have take your luggage to first floor by staircase.

Negative: There was no air-conditioning and i presume every apartment would have. The summer was very hot and we had to sit on the patio mostly. The cooking utensils, the pot was induction but the fry pan was not. So we had only 1 pot to use.

Positive: The location was super, right beside a metro station and a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony, which we didn’t use as visited in December.

Negative: Everything was fine, except the WiFi didn’t work very well for us.

Negative: We were unable to make the faucet work in the bathroom. We made multiple attempts to contact the vanish team about the problem. They were unable to solve it at a distance, so we never had water in the bathroom sink. The shower did work.

Summary: it was easy to come in and out, and in general was very comfortable.

Positive: Make good use of technological advancement for getting into room. Very secure and comfy room. Host very responsive to our messages.

Negative: Took a bit of time to get wifi code. Code very long and complex and host themselves got confused. Nevertheless, with a few calls and help of neighbor, it was sorted out.

Positive: It is a good accomodation for 4 persons (2 bedrooms) for short stay

Negative: The temperature outside was 8-14 degrees (end of September) and there was not any heating optinon in the appartman inspite of they promised there will be. We had very cold and each of us got cold. We set the thermostat for 23 Celsius but nothing happened with the radiators. In the chat the representative of owner promised sending mobil heater but it also didn’t happen. Poor quality, broken kitchen utensils, broken cabinet door ☹️
