Positive: One of places that my wife and I visited during our trip through Hungary, so we had some comparison. - We were met by the host at the arranged time and given the keys with all instructions. Easy and pleasant, thank you. - Hosts are pleasant and responsive fast (plus you do not have to talk Hungarian, which certainly was an advantage for us). - Parking is in the yard of the building. When leaving, it requires to get the car out first and pass the keys back, but you have parking guaranteed in a safe place, which we definitely prefer. - Spatious and new apartment, with all equipment new, clean (and functioning). - Fast wi-fi. - Quiet area. - An option to sit outside on a terrace.

Negative: The apartment is brand new, few minor items in the kitchen could make the stay more comfortable. As we communicated with the host, we believe it has been arranged (eg. electric kettle). Compared to other places visited, the apartment looks rather raw - the flipside of new. Possibly a picture on a wall or anything that would make one feel more "homely". We understand, though, that this is subjective. No lift, so with more luggage you have some free exercise :-)

Negative: There was no air-conditioning which was mentioned in the description of the apartment. There were also no towels and soap etc provided.
