Summary: The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, with extra amenities (shampoos, soaps, coffee). Beds were very comfortable. The second bathroom is in the basement with a washer/dryer, also very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Property owners were very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They even went over and beyond when I asked if they had a grill by making sure we had one for the weekend. :) Highly recommend.

Summary: It was wonderful to have a central place during a family visit to Moline. The house was newly furnished and updated. The entry walkway into the home was a little tight, and a handrail on the steps would be helpful.

Summary: The home was the perfect place to stay while attending a conference. Great communication with owner and super easy check-in. It’s located on a quiet street with nearby, easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. It snowed while we were there and the walkway and driveway were shoveled and ice melt applied before we left for the conference at 6:00am. The only consideration is that the second bathroom is in the basement (which is also impeccable clean!) so a bit inconvenient but three of us managed just fine with the main bathroom. Overall, highly recommend this home!

Summary: The house is clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The basement bathroom was odd but it was nice to have a second bath. The backyard looked very nice but there was no access to it. It was cold and we wouldn't have used it, but I hope the owners plan that update in the future as it would be a nice addition in the warmer months. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Best rental so far. We are retired and visiting family and found this home very clean. Slept like a baby in the comfortable beds. Perfect location close to groceries, shopping, ice cream, restaurant, library, pharmacy and convenient care all within walking distance. Easy check in, accommodating hosts. Would stay here again.
