Positive: It is right at the center with everything in walking distance. There is a dedicated parking place which is close. The room is very clean and has a balcony.

Negative: We stayed at the first room and right below us was a cafe/bar kind of place. There was a lot of noise coming from them, sometimes with loud music, and sometimes people chatting loudly (till 2 AM). If you don't like to keep A/C on through the night, keeping the windows open can be annoying.

Positive: We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the consumables like showel gel/conditioner, liquid soap, lotion and the fact that you had everything you needed

Negative: At least the junior suite would need, in our opinion, a closet with shelves for people to put the clothers in (maybe consider the sofa s removal inside the junior suite for a closet) so that the people could move the big trolleys outside in the balcony. Also, the bed's matress could be a little stiffer? We had some rough nights sleeping on it. We don't know if it was too soft or just too tall.

Positive: Our stay at Moderi Luxury Suites was superb in every way. The suite was large, with a spacious bathroom and hallway, and the bed was big and very comfortable. Everything was modern, new, and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was 10/10, with daily housekeeping. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and promenade, surrounded by shops, cafés, and tavernas. Free parking is available right next to the property. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was excellent and very easy. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Positive: Beautiful and modern, very well done. Super clean and big balcony! It’s super close to everything but still one street from the beach so you can actually get some sleep and not be too disturbed.

Positive: Central situated, very close to the beach, the room was big enough for a family of 3, modern, cleaning was done daily, slippers, bath robes and toiletries were available. It also had a kitchenette with stove and sink, the fridge was bigger than the usual hotel size. We really liked it and plan to return. Highly recommend.

Summary: If you want the commodity of being very close to the beach, with shops and taverns right by you, then this is the place.

Positive: Since the hotel is quite new, furnitures and stuff were in good condition and quality. Location is very central, therefore can be quite noisy especially at night. Cleaning was done daily and room was very clean.

Negative: There are 3 deluxe rooms, but the one we stayed was was quite small and misshapen compared to other 2 room. We had difficulty fitting into the room as there were insufficient shelves and wardrobe. The lady taking care of the reservation was quite rude and insisted that the sq.meter of the room is same as the other deluxe rooms, but it was obvious that is not. Lots of room pics in the room page have been shared and you must check every of them before reservation! You can be asaignes to a great deluxe room or to a small one, and both charged at the same price! The shower was open, so whole bathroom can get wet while you take a shower. Besides there was no fitting to hang bath towels. Room can be very hot during the night even if you open the windows and only chance to fall asleep, sleeping under Air Conditioning.
