Positive: Am very happy with our stay. First, the staff welcomed us with a complimentary upgrade from a 2 bedder to a 3 bedder. I was told my reservation for 5 pax included breakfast for only 2 pax, which was weird and I think an issue with the way booking.com quotes the room price. In any case, the staff gave us 3 complimentary breakfast as well, which I really appreciated because many hotels will simply ask you to top up. Apartment is fairly big and new and most importantly, clean and comes with a bathtub. Beds are very comfy. There is a separate washer and dryer, which is very helpful in speeding up the daily washing and drying of clothes for our family of 5. Electrical appliances are in Chinese which is no issue for us but if one doesn't read Chinese, you can simply google translate. Service staff is in general helpful and polite. Breakfast is great, with good selection of Chinese and Western menu. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast items for both days were different.

Negative: Wifi is not fantastic, a common problem with all hotel/apartments in China.

Positive: - Perfect location — easy to find and close to everything. - Stunning view from the room; you can see the whole city through the window. - Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the stay. - Really good breakfast with a beautiful panoramic view. - Most guests were business travellers, so the atmosphere was calm, quiet, and mostly adults. - Comfortable, clean, and overall a good hotel room - Many restaurants and shops around.
