Positive: Security Guard BEN was great; very professional and courteous when greeting customers upon arrival and departure (he needs a salary increase); house-keeping ladies were great too. The only problem I experienced was the customer/s in Room 220. They made so much noise and were very very loud on the morning I left (thank God I checked out that morning), otherwise I would have complained that morning.

Positive: The staff were really helpful with the wifi/sim card and went above and beyond in relation to breakfast when we informed them that we were gluten free.

Negative: Nothing major. TV remote wasn't connected to the TV so could only watch 1 channel. Could do with some hooks on walls to use own mosquito net.

Positive: I liked the location and cleanliness of facilities. Moatoga has supermarkets on either side and the municipal market across the road. Farmer Joes (supermarket) is open on a Sunday. There is also a laundromat closeby. Breakfast gets delivered to your room

Negative: Wifi was not available free of charge. Noise from early morning sermon at the market startled me (6AM on a Saturday). Some prior notice from management would've been great. Staff don't take notice of "do not disturb" sign when delivering breakfast.
