Positive: Nicely appointed, quiet, out in the country. Full kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Chris greeted us upon arrival, which was reassuring.

Negative: We liked everything. Definitely need a car.

Positive: The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The place was not clean. I was very disappointed. I received a message that my room would be ready at 3 and to go on in as the key would be hanging on the door. We got there 15 mins early and thought that as they were expecting us at 3 the place would be ready. We went in and the kitchen was not clean or the place tidied or hoovered. Then a young woman arrived in a panic telling us we arrived too early, and that she had to change the sheets and empty bins etc. I mean even if we were a bit early there is no way you can clean a small house after people who were there the night before in 15 minutes. I wasn't happy about that at all.

Positive: We loved the whole experience, The house inside is beautifully decorated so warm and cosy and so clean Every thing needed for our stay was there..Such a quiet and peaceful stay ..The outside also fabulous with barbeque laid out on the lawn unfortunately we didn't get the weather but to sit on the decking and enjoy the scenery was enough ..The host who met us at entrance was a lovely gentleman very helpful. Will definitely be returning.
