Positive: Location was good close to train station and buses.very quite and parking.

Negative: Not enough towels when we arrived but was sorted the next day.no hair dryer in the room and no garden furniture to sit on as it was in the summer which would have been nice if the lawn had been cut with the new mower that was there,!!Altho we did find a clothes rail out in the garden which we fixed and used to hang our clothes on. Unfortunately it felt like someone had literally just moved out for the week while we were there,there was no space to put our own food as the cupboards already had food in.there was a broken ornament in the bedroom draw a screw in another draw and some pulley string in another.the rug had a massive stain on.the cutlery draw was an absolute health n safety issue,we opened the draw and found very sharp knives just slung in the draw.thank god no small children around.the bathroom cabinet was wobbly and had a loose shelf.the curtains in the rooms were far too long ,you had to be careful not to slip on them while going round the side of the bed as there was not alot of room.skirting boards were dusty.but on a positive note there was loads of toilet paper!!

Positive: kitchen and lounge both spacious. location good for our purposes. mattress was comfortable.

Negative: bathroom mat filthy, bathroom toilet not particularly clean, black mould around shower screen, no hand towel in downstairs toilet, only 2 non matching small towels provided for 3 guests, 3rd towel found screwed up inside ironing cupboard with a random sock, double room absolutely tiny and should have been a single, pointless small desk you cant sit at taking up much needed room in double, no drawers in either bedroom for underwear, no teaspoons in kitchen or cutting knives, had to hack at a crusty loaf with the only knife there, a meat knife, fridge not on when arrived, had to switch on myself and all food/drink we brought not cooled for several hours, someone parked in the parking space meant to be for the property

Positive: House was in a good location and communication with host was good. House was very modern and had all the amenities you would need.

Negative: The house was a little bit dirty, particularly in the bathroom. We were also sent rules that stated the home was no smoking but one of the bedrooms had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke which was not ideal for my children.

Positive: Mo was very easily reachable, and approachable, process was stress free, house was as described, Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and utensils,

Negative: A couple more towels, would have been helpful, though this may have been my fault during the booking process. But all good otherwise thanks

Positive: Clean, fresh, and modern... A good vibe when you walk through the door. Would be my first choice if back in the area!

Negative: Could do with shaving socket in the bathroom Couldn't find any dishwasher tablets, annoying but not essential!
