Negative: Not much English is spoken by staff but they try hard and are very eager to help

Positive: Location: If you are attending any event at NECC (Convention and Exhibition center), then this is the BEST location. There is a tunnel way connecting hotel and NECC. 7 min undercover walk.

Negative: Breakfast - Limited option for vegetarian diet. only few staff members speak English. No locker, No iron, No hair dryer in room. Room size is small compare to other hotels in area. Wifi in room was not strong enough.

Positive: peaceful. good comfortable furniture in lobby/ room tastefully decorated. elevating bed electrical remote system.

Negative: location, immediate surrounding office buildings dead at night. wardrobe is a open type system, no drawers to keep personal effects. No security safe. should include more international news channel.

Positive: Best location if you are attending the NECC. There is direct access by walkway or underground tunnel straight into the NECC, perfect for after a long day at an exhibition where you can just walk straight from the venue into your hotel. There is also a big shopping mall within a few 100m up the road should you wish to eat out. Bedroom was comfortable.
