Positive: Kindness of owner spatial solution of the apartment cleannness possibility of ordering products from bakery (I would tell even cheaper than directly in bakery!) and what else with free delivery service views from windows! possibility pay local tax and orders from bakery via bank transfer after departure (cash is not demand)

Negative: Really NOTHING
