Positive: the Hotel is beautiful the room is exceptionally big well equipped ,the bathroom has a Bath & a Shower apart . We took H/B meals were tasteful big selection (Both days the same). The outside Thermal Bath is fantastic.

Positive: The food was exquisite. You could eat as much as you wanted. Everything was delicious and there were dishes for all tastes.

Negative: A disadvantage for us was the small elevator. Our twin pram did not fit and we had to constantly carry it from the ground floor to the 1st. This did tire us as we also had the babies and other things we carried. A kid's swimming would also be a great addition.

Summary: We had a lovely time and we will definitely return in the near future! Thank you

Positive: Loved the pool and also the restaurant. Loved the marble floors and the wood accents throughout.

Negative: Not much it was pretty excellent. But I do believe the hotel rooms need a lift. They need refreshed. Maybe new bed spreads and new curtains throughout. New floors. Baths are very pretty. Classic.

Positive: We arrived late and had dinner included so they left the dinner for us with a bottle of "Espumante" in the room, it was super nice! The pictures on booking don't make justice to the hotel, it is way better
