Positive: Lovely old wooden building, with character, in the centre of town. The room was clean and large. Attention to detail was nice, with cushions and flowers and furniture in the style of an old teak house. There was a space to store our bicycles which was nice.

Negative: The mattress was extremely hard.

Positive: We arrived a lot later than planned around 2130h and the owner was still there to help. Breakfast was fresh made by the owner. Little choice but no effort was too much when you ask for something. Very friendly owner.

Negative: You have clean rooms but check for cockroaches in the room before you sleep!

Summary: Good place to stay overnight when travelling through the northern part of Chang Mai.
