Summary: Home was lovely. Very clean - extremely well appointed, really everything you needed was there (except linens which we brought). Loved the master bedroom, and waterfront deck. Dogs loved it too. Unfortunately, some people don't leash their dogs on the beach as they should. Dangerous and inconsiderate. This has nothing to do with the rental, just an aside. Great place, would definitely recommend.

Summary: It was so nice to stay right on the beach where you can go anytime you want. The place is very nice and spacious to fit our family of 5. We found so many pretty shells and sharks teeth. Also very close to Surf City which has many restaurants and shops.

Summary: I was looking for a place to spend a restful week with my small family of 5 adults and 1 toddler (not yet 3). Ward Realty made check in to Misty Morning North so easy and called to welcome us on the way down with such a welcoming tone. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, pots, and flatware for all the Thanksgiving feast cooks. You could tell that Lori and Bob cared about their guests and left a great welcoming gift of important goodies for the week. The decks (top, lower, and at the end of the walkout) were amazing any time of day and the fishing, dog strolling, dolphins playing, and pelicans scooping for food drew us out of the house to watch. We flew kits from the end of the walkway with ease. Even at night it was a beautiful scene on the water with all the lighted boats. All the seashells collected will tell a story for years to come and our toddler learned so many new words that it will be the start of a whole new vocabulary. We were able to surf fish right at the bottom of the walkway. So many things to do and not leave the house except to go to the story for food. The beach was a very good socially distant place to be this year. Even though Misty Morning South was also occupied during our stay, it was very separated and easy to 6 feet apart. Misty Morning North was definitely a great find!

Ward Property Management was a pleasure to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived and called to ensure our satisfaction.
