Positive: Very new, modern, comfortable and large space. Wonderful home.
Negative: The only complaint I can think of is that the floors were a little dirty.

Positive: Good location for day trips to Sapporo ski fields. Parking directly outside. Clean and modern. Good kitchen and cooking facilities. Two toilets and nice bathroom. Wouldn't recommend unless you have a car and don't intend to spend much time in central Sapporo as it's out of the way - but it is very accessible from the expressway so it was ideal for us.
Negative: A lot of notices stating rules and regulations. Such as "If you make noise you will be fined 30,000 yen and face immediate eviction." Seemed a bit overboard and not very friendly. Check in process was convoluted with requests for all sorts of uploads such as group selfies - who needs it after delayed flights and slow drive through a snow storm?
