Positive: The location, the space, the design, the proximity to everything that we wanted to see.

Negative: Too much loud music coming from everywhere at times when you want to enjoy privacy, calm and sleep. Also, cars sounds, people talking too loud downstairs Briefly The sound hygiene is not nice.
