Summary: Very clean environment. Sea view rooms are enormous. The staff is great. Perfect location. 3 bad things - no hot water , the elevator does not work and they could tone down the music. Music starts blaring loud at 0800 AM and gets turned off at 1100 PM .

Summary: Excellent staff, room and hotel was clean and such a beautiful view. The drinks were not the greatest nor was the price. For example to I ordered a Pina Colada which came in a small glass with no ice and not a hint of alcohol taste. The second drink the next day was a glass of Baileys which was given to me In a shot glass for $7.00 or pesos $140.72.

Summary: I love this place. It was my second visit. But I don't think it's fair to charge beach guests to replace room keys. Lost keys should be a fact of life and an absorbed cost of doing business, in my opinion. But I will be back.
