Summary: Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this.

Summary: This hotel is adorable. It’s comfortable modern inside of a traditional Tuscan building and it’s so so charming. The owners are charming too and they are on top of every last amenity. I were oils easily stay here again! I loved our stay
