Positive: Very clean, quiet and accommodating. The air-conditioner had a remote control. The property is located in a residential neighborhood. I cant stress how CLEAN this property was. The bathroom gave 8+hotel amenities. There is outdoor seating with beautiful landscaping and beautiful outside decor. The stores are one mile in Uber ($16 round trip). The host was very welcoming and provided absolute privacy. If you are big on privacy and cleanliness with an upscale B&B feel, this is the place for you.

Negative: There is nothing that I didnt like. It feels weird to even say this because there is always something you don't like but...not this property.

Positive: I stayed in this apartment during my time in Miami and genuinely loved it. It was very clean, spacious, and the bed was firm exactly the way I prefer. I’ve stayed in a few different apartments in Miami, and this one has been the best so far. The AC blew perfectly cold, the apartment is newly renovated, and the whole residential area felt very safe and tidy. There were plenty of clean towels, and everything inside was spotless. I also really appreciated the proper dining table where I could sit down for breakfast and coffee, along with the regular coffee machine so I could make real ground-coffee in the morning. The location was ideal for me as well, only a short drive from North Perry Airport, which was perfect during my flight training. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great place—comfortable, practical, and easy to recommend.
