Positive: Nice, well equiped apartman. Good location, walking distance to beach and also to city center. Very helpful rental agency.

Negative: Horrible odor from air- conditioning, as it would suck air from sewerage. It was not possible to stand it with windows closed, what caused us sleeples nights due to high traffic on the street.

Summary: Missed oportunity due to bad smell from airconditioning.

Positive: It looked almost like in the pictures. Overall, it was clean. Close to the beach as well as the city.

Negative: There was an odour in the flat, but I have no idea where it came from. Especially in the room that was opposite the laundry room. The owner told us that it was somehow coming from the street pipes. The smell started as soon as we entered the common floor, right outside our flat door. But after a while, we more or less got used to the smell.

Positive: Great location, close to the beach and old town. Clean apartment. Has all the cookwares to cook some meals instead of going out. We reserved a parking space, very close to the apartment.

Negative: It is next to a main road/street, so if you are a very light sleeper, be aware of car noises. The central AC also had a weird smell. Host said they were going to call for repair.

Positive: Massive apartment newly refurbished to a high standard. Perfect for 4 - 6 people. 20 minute walk into Malaga centre but several restaurants and bars close by.

Negative: Slight problem getting code for key lock.

Summary: Very highly recommended … as long as you don’t mind being a little out of the centre.
