Summary: I have been meeting my West Coast friends here for years. It's not fancy, but it's reliable. The pools are well-maintained. The little restaurant on site is convenient. My only complaint is that more people are discovering this place and the pools are a bit more crowded than they used to be. I will be returning.

Summary: We love this spa for the quiet environment, great AC, comfy beds and healing waters. The hot tubs were not as hot as usual this time, but you can visit the next door sister spa which had hotter tubs. Friendly staff all around. I left very relaxed.

Summary: Lack of towels, when asked to bring more towers to the room, housekeeper always told me they were in the dryer and i called 3 times. Room are very outdated, dirty, bed sheets and covers had stains. Restaurant staff are friendly and kind. Outside looks good. I wish they would update the interior of the building and the rooms.

Summary: Love the Hot Pools, although disappointed the water was pretty dirty this time, The pool maintenance could definitely be improved. But the temps were wonderful!. Love the spacious room, but the carpets all over this hotel are very dirty and and smelly in the hallways. Wish I could help clean it up just a bit ! The Staff were very helpful.

Summary: I always love this place. Pools are great but they were a little cloudy this time. Room was nice, it was clean but could have been cleaner. Restaurant was great and service there is always good. It was a great stay and definitely will be back
