Positive: Our stay at this property was even better than we expected. The location looks far more impressive in person than in the pictures, with everything beautifully arranged, both inside and out. The garden was a highlight, offering us hours of relaxation with its stunning views, morning and evening alike. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that nothing was missing. They truly thought of everything, so we felt completely at home. The spaciousness of both the interior and exterior added to the overall comfort, making it a joy to return to after each day of exploring. The location was also ideal – close to the city, shops, and restaurants, while serving as the perfect base for trips to the beach and the mountains. In short, this was one of our best vacations, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Negative: That we could not stay for at least a few days more.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, well equipped with nice seats inside and outside. Extremely hospitable, caring, responsive and helpful owners, who gifted us some beautiful wines. Very good views (Gran Sasso). The hot tub is a bonus.

Negative: Although overall the stay was excellent, I missed reading lamps and some softer lighting in the living area. The shower is completely open so if you are not careful, it can easily wet the floor.

Positive: First off, the view from this property is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying in all my years of travelling to Europe and the many accommodations I've stayed in. At anytime, you are greeted with a glorious view of the Gran Sasso mountain range. Even if it was overcast (as was the case when we were there) the view is breathtaking. There is a great spot to sit and chill at sunset as well. Perfect for evening aperitivo's. Location wise you are a little off the beaten path which is what we wanted here. The city of Chieti is only an 8 minute drive away and a large mall is about 5. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. We were met on arrival and were given a tour of all the facilities. They even brought us a complimentary bottle of wine they produce. Our unit had a fully functioning kitchen and coffee machine so all needs were met. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was large. It was very quiet!

Negative: The main annoyance was that the large beautiful shower is also wide open and had no door or shielding of any kind which led to a large swath of water collecting on the floor. The towel easily slipped off the hooks and fell into this water which was frustrating. While there is a well stocked kitchen, I found the quality of cookware to be quiet poor which I hadn't expected. An annoyance if you plan to cook at the property as we did.
