Summary: As always, it was a great stay. We've stayed several times before and it is a great place for the two of us.

Summary: This property is a modest attached unit. The neighborhood is unassuming and neighbors seemed friendly. Most of the house was clean with the exception of the bathroom that had dirt in the area between the baseboards and the floor. Parking was on the street only. We had our dog with us and the backyard was fully fenced but the street side was short, about 4 feet, and chain link so our dog barked at people passing by. We kept him in the house unless we were out with him to prevent the barking. Overall, this is a good value for the money.

Summary: We were visiting our son who lives in Renton. This home was near our son, plus close to grocery stores and the Landing, which is a local shopping center. It is not large but was perfect for our stay. It has a nice fenced back yard for our son’s pup.

Summary: We've stayed before and will stay again! This is a very nice duplex with a ramp in a quiet neighborhood. Our granddaughter had a great time playing in the fenced backyard.

Summary: We had a very nice extended stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners were accessible and responsive and we appreciated the fact the house was well stocked to accommodate a 3-week stay.
