If you are looking for that special place to make your stay both comfortable and memorable, imagine a cozy log cabin in the mountains oozing with charm both inside and out! Located on Main Street in Minturn, you will enjoy the mountain views and all the bells and whistles that make this cozy 2BR/1BA cabin so special.
The layout is very open w/ high quality and very comfortable western theme furnishings and art. Enjoy the well stocked kitchen w/large slab granite island and ceramic cooktop, bar stools, fun dinnerware and all the accessories. Two cozy bedrooms each with a double bed, flannel sheets, down comforter, shelving, storage drawers and closet. Living room has a leather sofa w/queen pullout. Full size washer/dryer for guest use, two tv's, cable, WIFI, fun table games, etc. Outside there are two red gas grills next to front door AND on the stone patio in the fenced and very private rear yard with GAS FIRE PIT (APR 15 - NOV 10), granite bar. This is a DETACHED SINGLE FAMILY HOME with convenient parking on the driveway or on the street directly in front of cabin. No parking lot, no stairs and hallways to drag your gear, just back your car up to the front door and unload. Special features to mention a few... Custom corrugated metal fencing and raised flower bed, custom dyed driveway, seasonal beautiful flowers in front and rear (I appreciate guests watering during stay), 2 mountain bikes, 3 sets snowshoes and winter sleds. Prime Minturn location within 0-3 blocks of wonderful eateries, shopping and the very popular Minturn Market each SAT during the summer.
For potential guests seeking one bedroom places because that's all you need, don't rule out and miss this charming property because it has an extra room (perfect for reading, hanging, spreading out your gear) and likely offers a better value than competing one bedroom places.
Original log cabin built in the 1940's, and over the years expanded, remodeled, upgraded and updated on a continual basis for owner's personal enjoyment AND guests too! Many guests have become regulars and some have even purchased properties of their own in the Minturn. Neighbors have shared that frequently when no one is staying at the cabin, tourists strolling by often pose in front of the cabin for their memorable vacation photos. I'm betting that more than a few wish they were staying there too!

Easy 5.5 mile drive to both Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Areas and all of the amenities they each offer. Public transportation convenient (as in bus stop), just 1 block away.
MAY be pet friendly as in ONE dog with owner pre approval, at no additional expense. Please include age, breed, weight and share details assuring me your pet will be cabin friendly and I will respond promptly.
I stock the cabin with every paper, plastic and soap product a guest may need. Same with cooking spices, oils, all the basics you have at home. This makes meals at the cabin easy and fun when you just need to buy the key ingredients and not every item that you need only a teaspoon or two.
The cabin has plenty of bedding, EXTRA blankets/pillows/plush towels/duvet covers and sheets. Even toothbrushes (yes, new ones) for guests that discover they forgot to pack one.
EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS - I prefer booking my longer stay guests first, and then reserve dates for shorter stays in between. Guests staying 30+ consecutive nights are exempt from the sales and lodging tax, and can send inquiry via vrbo reservation system to review needs and special pricing with Owner.

Summary: We were thrilled to find a cabin to stay at in Minturn and Robin’s property was so charming. Robin has found all sorts of treasures and delightful finds to decorate her cabin with. And she has the place so well stocked with everything you might need, from food and ingredients to shampoo/conditioner and even some spare toiletries. We met Robin when we checked in and had a lovely chat while she showed us a few things around the house. It was just right for my husband and I and our two young kids. My only piece of critique is that we struggled to find a place for our luggage and cooler as the bedroom closets didn’t have room. However, we enjoyed the small and cozy space for the week and it suited us well.

Summary: Robin is a welcoming, helpful, and responsive host. Her cabin is comfortable, well-appointed, and well-located. Great local restaurants, bars, and shops are easy walking distance. Minturn is situated near the midpoint between Beaver Creek and Vail, with each just a short drive.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and definitely plan to return!

Summary: We had a great time. Walking distance to several places to eat. The house was well stocked with everything you needed. The ambiance that the owner has created was great. Using the gondola was a cherry on top of the sunday.

Summary: I was participating in a weeklong art workshop in Red Cliff, about 8 miles away. This cabin was perfectly located in the middle of Minturn, walkable to many restaurants, a grocery store and shops. The beds and pillows were comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom shower was bigger than it looks in the photos, with a built in tiled seat. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. The kitchen does not have a full size oven but does have a large Sur la Table three-tiered air fryer/toaster oven that met all our needs. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and spices and coffee. The WIFI connection was strong. We (two people) sat outside most nights around the gas fire pit. Although we never used the grills, there are outdoor grills in the front and back of the cabin. The owner Robin was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Summary: One of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. The place was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was accommodating and responded promptly to all questions. We will definitely be booking this lovely cabin again whenever we are back out this way.

Summary: First impressions: fun, clean, easy access, pretty. Flowers out front are beautiful, and the cabin is really cute. Very clean inside and out. There are lots of mirrors, something my wife really likes. The art on the walls is fun. There are USB-A charging ports everywhere so if you forget a USB-A charger but have a cable you’re good. Dishwasher very quiet, washer and drier nice and fridge has a bunch of stuff in it. Lots of spices in the cabinets, plates, bowls and dishes well stocked. The only minor downside for us is the pod coffee maker. We don’t do pods and just travel with a coffee maker. Robin’s Communication was excellent. Unlike many other places we’ve stayed, it is apparently not part of a corporate conglomerate. Minturn is a nice little town and the folks we met were all very nice. There are a number of restaurants and the gas station was at least .10 cheaper than the stations in Vail and Avon. We have been using VRBO and AIRBNB since they started and this is one of only a couple spots that we will revisit. In fact, we tried to book before we left but the dates were not yet accessible.
