Summary: We had an amazing time at this wonderful resort! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and in top condition. The pool areas were lovely and water temperature in pools was perfect, cool but not too cold. It was difficult some days to get a free sun lounger, however they had several Bali beds for €19 which included 2 waters and 2 other soft drinks so we thought was reasonable. There are several restaurants on site, we loved Galazio restaurant . I can honestly say their steaks were amongst the best we ever had. The location is perfect, quiet surroundings with a 5 minute walk to the Strip, where there were several bars, shops and restaurants. This hotel is excellent for families with young or older children/teenagers, young adults and couples also . We will definitely go again and recommend it highly!

Summary: We were there for a conference but also enjoyed the wonderful food, swimming pools and beach. Rooms were big, comfortable and super clean. Staff was always kind and helpful. Area is vibrant with shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Summary: Excellent helpful thoughtful enthusiastic staff. Large property, really professionally well-run, with direct acess to the beach. Many pools. Good food. Dinner and drinks at sunset. Consistently superb, friendly customer service — they seem genuinely happy to see you. Pleasant relaxing stay. Virtually no need to leave the resort.
