Positive: The property is a one bedroom apartment, comfortable and nice

Negative: I was very disappointed when I got there at 10pm, there was a security guy, he didn’t know anything. There was no check in staff, there was an instruction on the desk stating to call on 2 wapsap numbers to check in. I called more than 60 times but no response. I was about to leave after one hour of trying, when the security guy got a call back. The host was not aware of our stay, she said check in is at 2pm. I informed her that when people are travelling.. they can come anytime. This is not a way of doing business via wapsap. If there is noone at the reception at night, you need to put a proper process of self checkin. I was there with my daughter stressed out. I called another hotel to find a place to stay. Very unprofessional 🙁🙈 and disappointed 😞

Summary: Very disappointed with the checkin. Waited an hour at night 😞

Positive: It is a new hotel, modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that the staff listened to guests’ suggestions, which made the day-to-day breakfast experience a pleasure.

Negative: We were initially provided with an apartment in Block B that had an unpleasant odor and did not seem properly cleaned or prepared for our check-in. However, after we raised the issue, the staff promptly provided us with another apartment in Block C, which was very clean, met the expected standards, and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Positive: I liked the view from the balcony, it was relaxing. The breakfast was ok, won’t say bad. But could be better.

Negative: Nothing disturbed me, i had a nice and quiet time, which i was looking forward for.
