Summary: Apartment was as advertised. It's an older building/apartment, but has been renovated. Some cosmetic things that could be fixed (chipped paint, for instance) but the apartment was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bed. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

Summary: Cute little apartment just as advertised. Discovered the products in the shower (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all completely empty so was only able to rinse off. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes both mornings. Not sure where that came from. Everything else was great. Good location. If you aren’t good with stairs this a not the place for you.

Summary: This was the cutest little apartment within walking distance to downtown. We visited Johnson City to attend a concert at Capones, and we actually just stayed parked at the building and was able to walk to the venue instead of having to find parking downtown. So convenient! Everything was clean, and the area was so quiet despite being so close to downtown!
