Positive: The location is great! So close to the historic district and on a major busy line. It's quiet.

Negative: There were no check in instructions sent to me, so I assumed someone would meet me, but I was left standing outside the door waiting for them to text me a code. Then once inside, I had to ask where my room was and how to get in and wait for further instructions. It's a funky little place, but if you're expecting a cafe as other reviews have mentioned, there is none. The tap at the bathroom sink was broken so I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my hands.

Negative: The room is really tiny, bed is suspended on a wooden frame, I stayed only one night, there was a power outage at night, I couldn't take a shower and there was no internet.

Negative: The bed in my loft was old and sagged in the middle. Needs to be replaced . The old bedding was questionable, but clean . No hand rail to get down the ladder . A bit dangerous.
