Positive: We had dinner in the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. However, we were having a nice romantic meal. The restaurant was completely empty. Then, a family of 12 adults and 6 babies came for dinner. The only complaint I have, why would you seat them 10 feet away from us when theres 200 other empty seats? It turned a beautiful meal into a distraction of crying babies.

Positive: We got the Summer Family room. It was directly opposite to the Dara hot spring pools - which was very convenient for our parents to enjoy it

Negative: I know it‘s because of the season that there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were crazily big which bite me and my nieces.

Negative: Needs a bit more love and care. Also be aware, when asked they said hotel price includes access to the hot spring baths. However, that’s only for the hot spring baths that are on premises. Not for the main hot spring which is the sole reason you would stay at this hotel to begin with.

Positive: Many pools, golf cart is quick to pick up guests, food is ok. My daughter loves the pony ride.

Negative: I asked them for an extra bed when I did the booking and they charged me for it. It turned out to be just the existing sofa with an additional blanket and pillow. The sofa is so small that a 6 year old girl slept on it, turned on the side and she fell off. I asked the reception and they told me they could only provide that sofa because they had no lift to get the bed to the second floor!!!!. And the price they charged is to provide a pillow, a small blanket and a towel. It's just not good that they lied to us. Receptionist didn't want to accept my card payment (which they had already took the money out before we arrived!!!) as my name on the booking is different to my credit card name. Turned out my credit card has the first name and last name order, whilst the room booking has last name and first name order (thats how Vietnamese does it). Still the SAME name but just different order. She didn't want to accept that my sister used her card to pay for my parent's room too. It was stressful at the check in. They got our order wrong at dinner. And when I asked, the staff said "we can't do anything about it. But the prawn is much better than the squid. The squid is not good you won't like it". Funny enough your staff said bad things about your food. Need more staff training!!!
