This is a smaller property offering big-life experiences. Located immediately adjacent to the Main Stage of the Original Gallows frame, you are proximate to the music of the Montana Music Festival and An Ri Ra. There is both off-street parking and an adjacent carport.
The small yard offers a flower-populated garden and a patio with outdoor furniture. Because of the yard and that we have a dog, we are initially allowing pets. I will water the yard and remove the snow. Therefore, granting permission to enter the outer premises of the property to accommodate these activities is imperative.

Summary: This is a cute little home on a very quiet street right near downtown. You can feel the age of the home, but this is part of its charm. The host was very welcoming and communicative, and he provided support whenever I needed something. WiFi was a good speed, and all the appliances worked well.

Summary: Interesting place. It is a historical and dated retro place. So we did not expect perfection. However, 1 the home was not ready as advertised. Still cleaning so we left for four hours after the advertised arrival time. 2. Food remnants on counter and table and on floor. 3.Fixtures were greasy. 4.Three requests before WiFi info gotten to us. And the WiFi names were wrong 5. Frying pan lid was greasy. Even the doorknob was greasy. The Bathtub drain clogged. Fountain outside was screeching because out of water. Food still in coffee cups. Vrbo’s need not perfect, but I expect cleanliness and reasonable functionality. This did not meet those basic standards.

Summary: I stayed all summer and LOVED it. If you love Butte and want The Uptown experience this is a great location. From the concerts, Folk Fes and An Ra Ri at the Original.. Just a quick walk to restaurants for dinner, cocktails, shopping and the Farmers Market. The backyard space was great.

Summary: Very nice old and unique place. Easy parking, clean house, gorgeous back yard, and has all the things you need for a month long stay. Rick was very nice and had great communication.
