Positive: The parking in front of the house and the a/c in every room and just a short drive to all the places we want to visit.

Positive: Checking-in was easy. We had a late arrival. Evelyn lives upstairs and was available when we arrived, during our stay and when we were leaving. She was very helpful. If you don't have a car you can user uber...most of the key places were 10-15 minutes away. We were expecting a few deliveries from Amazon and Evelyn collected and stored them in our absence. We did not meet the Owner but communicated via SMS and email and he was very responsive.

Negative: Not much is available within walking distance (my wife forgot her toothbrush LOL!) but the uber rides were relatively cheap. No issues otherwise.

Summary: Very enjoyable. My grandchildren had an opportunity to practice our Spanish

Positive: It was very clean and quiet. The staff Evelyn was great. Resturants and stores were not too far from the property.

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable. But besides that everything was great.
