Positive: The rooms were new and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and polite — we arrived at 7 a.m. and they let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was quite good: boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, grilled vegetables, fresh herbs, and cottage cheese pastries. There were also biscuits with jam, and on the last day we even had watermelon. Tea and coffee were available throughout the day. The pool was big and comfortable. The sea and bus stop are just a 5-minute walk away, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located — just 30 minutes from the airport by taxi or about an hour by public transport. Great value for money overall!

Negative: When we first checked in, the bedding and towels weren’t very clean — but the staff responded quickly and brought us fresh ones right away.

Summary: Nice hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Positive: New renovation, friendly and helpful staff, great location! Breakfast is included in the price, the pool is clean, there are sun beds. It's just an unrealistically beautiful view of the mountains if your room is located at the west end of the building. You can not swim in the pool after 8 pm (not sure here), so it's ok if your room windows overlook the pool, it will be quiet and you sleep peacefully. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there is everything you need nearby. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach has clean water and lots of fish. Azat helped in all matters. For example, when our child got sick, he called the doctor and made an appointment for us.

Negative: Room cleaning was poor, towels were not changed and toilet paper and shampoos had to be requested, but Azat solved this problem after we pointed it out. I didn't like the lack of a microwave oven and milk for breakfast (in the early days we brought our own coffee, but then a can of instant coffee and powdered milk appeared in the dining room). We bought our own milk and cereal to feed our son at breakfast. I couldn't heat the milk on my own, so I went to the kitchen. Of course, they were always happy to help me, but it would be better if I could warm up the milk myself. And it would be even better if warm milk and breakfast cereals for children were provided at breakfast.

Summary: We are happy with the hotel and would like to return again. Thanks a lot to Azat and all the staff!
