Summary: Great size for 4 people, 1 min walk from the beach and less than 10 mins to shops & restaurants. Very clean and well stocked kitchen! Would definitely come back!

Summary: We had an excellent few days by the beach. The apartment is clean and literally a stone's throw from the beautiful south beach. I would highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Summary: Second time in this property, and just as good as last time. Friendly and helpful host, who was very flexible with chaninging arrival time due to unforeseen delays. Lovely south facing balcony, bright and airy apartment. Everything worked well, including the dishwasher. Beds comfy, and lots of towels. Steps from the beach and a short walk to loads of restaurants, bars and shops. The perfect place for a family beach holiday.

Summary: Lovely apartment, well equipped and clean. Great balcony facing south and with a view of the sea. When we ate in, we had every meal outside! Nice town, with some nice restaurants, and lovely sandy beaches. Helpful and friendly host. We would stay again if in Mimizan.

Summary: The apartment is great for two persons. It has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. We used the second bedroom to store our cloths, therefore I can not recommend this apartment for more than two persons. The location is perfect, only 50m from the ocean. If we were to go back to Mimizan, we would stay in this apartment, but because of the horrible smell of the paper mill, that we had almost every night and morning, we will not spend another vacation in Mimizan.

Summary: We spent christmas and new year in this place and it was just great. The place is clean with everything you need. Flat is spacious and has a big terrace with a lot of sun and ocean view. Location is perfect. Beach is 3 mins, shops 5 to 10 mins walk. All pictures here look the same in real. People renting the place are super nice and helpful. Its a perfect deal for the price!
