Summary: Our stay at Mimaru was exceptional. We were travelling with our 19-month-old son and the staff made us feel like family. They were incredibly friendly and always had great recommendations for us. A special thanks to Seira who gave us and our son a small going away present. It was truly one of our memorable hotel experiences. We would absolutely book here again.

Summary: The hotel was perfect for our family of four. The best was a separate room for the toilet and shower. The room was so clean and extremely comfortable beds. It was close to public transit.

Summary: The room was dusty. I have my electronic devices placed on the bedboard, and every day, I find a layer of white dust covering them! I’m not sure where the dust originated from, but it made me quite uncomfortable. I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the lobby, but it lacked strong suction and required frequent filter cleaning. Despite these minor issues, the overall facility is decent. However, I hope they can improve the carpet cleaning service. That’s all for now.
