The foyer opens to a bright and airy great room designed with modern furnishings. Large glass sliders open directly onto the patio for seamless indoor/outdoor living. This space is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and a wet bar fully equipped with a wine refrigerator and high-top bar seating. Adjacent is the gourmet chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, double ovens, a gas range, an ice machine, and open workspaces. Serve up a meal at the adjoining formal dining area or dine alfresco next to the pool.
Head up the stairs to the second family room with a large sitting area, fireplace, second wet bar, large table, and balcony access.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second level with access to the large balcony overlooking the pool. The private master suite features a king bed, sitting area, balcony access, and a large ensuite bath with a soaking tub, shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet. The three other guest rooms offer comfortable king beds with luxury linens and balcony access.

Rental rules
It is our priority to make your stay at our home as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. This Estate is located in a high end residential neighborhood where it is important to respect the neighbors. The city has ordinances that all guests are required to follow. No music or amplified sound is allowed outside at any time. There is a desert wide 10:00 curfew where no one is allowed to be in the back yard after 10:00 pm. Occupancy rates for a 4 bedroom house is 8 people. Primary renter needs to be 30 years of age. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted per household at any given time and all cars must be parked in the driveway. No Street parking. No events or parties are permitted. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the city for breaches of any Ordinances. These are the city laws and we expect our renters to abide by them and provide the utmost of respect to the property and to the neighbors.
UTILITIES:
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.

- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy rate for a 4 bedroom home is 8 people.
- Parking Limits: Only 4 cars allowed, no street parking
- No outdoor amplified sound (music ) is permitted or sound that can be heard across property lines
- There is a Desert wide curfew: No one is allowed in the back yard, pool or hot tub after 10:00 pm.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
