Summary: Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

Summary: Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

Summary: The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

Summary: Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.
