Positive: Cozy. Friendly staff. Left a rose on our bed. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Spa service excellent.

Negative: Room was too hot, a little small. AC fan was too noisy and kept us up all night. Curtains didn't close completely, let light in. Bugs crawling around in the bathroom. Orange peel left on the floor beside garbage can. Steam room did not have eucalyptus scent and didn't have enough steam.

Positive: Loved the ambiance, the ability to use the spa both check in day (soft check in) and after check out to make value for money worth it.

Negative: Traveling with a senior, one bed was so high, that it was very very difficult for her to get into and out of the bed without support. This should be mentioned.
