Positive: The host was very friendly and welcoming and she has three lovely, very well behaved dogs. The property was very pleasantly decorated and clean. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. The hot tub was a great bonus. Sturdy outside seating. Lovely setting apart from the noise from the road early mornings on weekdays; the road was quiet at the weekend. Both bedrooms are en-suite (one with a a shower and one with a bath). It is clear that the host has made every effort with the comfort of her guests in mind and does respond to feedback. Comfortable riser recliner chair as well as two other sofas.
Negative: The shower was sub par even after running for five minutes, however there is also access to a bath. Both bedrooms are very close to the road which made for a very early alarm call Monday to Friday. I appreciate the host is unable to do anything about this but it may put some people off. Although the host was very respectful there is a slight lack of privacy in the garden. A hedge has been planted and it is currently a foot tall.

Positive: Very spacious, clean modern accommodation, good facilities. Lovely touches such as a little food hamper and sweets left for us. The owners had tastefully decorated it for Christmas, which was lovely. Location in a quiet area but only short car or taxi journey to Lincoln City. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Negative: Nothing to not like.
