Negative: Drying rack wouldn't stay up. No instruction book for appliances. Internet access didn't work because of faulty power board. Bathroom mirror light didn't work.

Positive: Location was convenient being able to walk into town and a pub next door. Also great to have parking out front.

Negative: We firstly had approval to check in at 2pm. When we arrived at that time we were turned away by the cleaner and told we had the wrong time and to come back at 3:30. Once we were able to check in we parked out the front of the property which was convenient but littered with rubbish and cigarette butts and bins overflowing with rubbish. Upon entering the property it seemed clean and tidy. But nothing could mask the smell of cigarette in the front room where my poor children had to sleep. There were no toiletries supplied as mentioned in the booking. No dish cloth to wipe up. A paper towel holder was empty and no coffee pods for the machine. We appreciate the effort but we wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Positive: Next to a pub/hotel. Good for evening meal and drink. Motorcycles were parked directly outside the flat. 2 bedrooms with wardrobes. Very useful kitchen and lounge. I’d certainly use the flat again when in the area. Enough cups, plates and cutlery for our needs. Towels provided too.

Summary: Comfortable. Great parking. Pub next door.

Negative: Bit small for six people, and the bonus mattress was not very comfortable.
