Positive: So with this review I was torn between gatekeeping and sharing a hidden gem and the risk of it being unavailable more frequently... However gatekeep I shall not... The milk barn was a real homely experience, possibly feeling more homely than home... Not only is the property itself wonderful, the family that surrounds it and gives the extra homely feel, Matthew, Amber, Maggie and definitely not least Missy... Oh and the laughing ducks of course. If you want a rural farm experience with lovely starry skies then it's probably for you. But also it might not be... But probably is.

Negative: Well mostly the storm on the first night.. And my inability to afford to live there permanently.

Positive: I love the fresh open space of the property, being able to interact with the animals on the property was lovely, everyone was really lovely and welcoming- thank you!

Negative: Maybe some blinds or curtains for privacy on the side towards the farm Not a criticism but be nice to just feel a little more private

Positive: Where do I begin, the rustic feel to the barn, the log burner , the warm welcome , and the animals and facilities it’s near on impossible to pin point one thing and the pictures do this place no justice , Matthew who oversaw our stay was incredible bringing us fresh eggs and even some home made sausages, my kids absolutely loved every second of the animals around the farm , and I enjoyed some much needed peace fishing the onsite pond , if your looking for a little escape from reality then this is your place ,

Negative: This was a hard one to answer but the only thing I would say that’s not listed is the hot-tub carry’s a surcharge and was unavailable for our stay but to be honest we quickly forgot about this as we got lost in our own little world

Summary: Relaxing ,welcoming , warm and fun me my partner and our 2 children loved every second and will be rebooking in the nea
