Summary: We enjoyed the open area of kitchen and living room. Be advised if you have toddler(s), you may need to move the football table for safety. Other than that, our toddler had fun! The twin mattresses were uncomfortable for adults. Other beds used were okay. Thank you for hosting our stay in Kansas.

Summary: We rented this home to stay the weekend for a K-State football game. The drive from Manhattan to the property was very easy. The house was very clean and everything we expected. The two teenage boys were thrilled to see a basketball goal! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had plenty of seats for everyone. Overall, great experience!

Summary: The house was in a great location, close to the convenience store to pick up a few groceries and we could walk down to the lake. The town people are very friendly too. Loved having the laundry soap available and ready to use. We rented a pontoon boat from Acorn resort and enjoyed a day on the lake too.
