This very appealing quality built three bedroom Villa ticks all the boxes for a quiet and comfortable stay for holidays or corporate stays. Just a few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants and within walking distance to a nearby bakery and playground.
Attractively decorated to perfection with well appointed rooms throughout providing functionality and charm. The modern style furniture and soft furnishings add classy character to the neutral color and tonings.
The kitchen offers ample plenty of cupboard space including large pantry, stainless steel appliances and overlooks the meals area.
The light filled living/dining area features a breakfast bar complete with a coffee machine with a full compliment of coffee pods and this area opens out through the glass sliding doors onto the paved entertaining area with outdoor setting, reading lounge and electric barbecue for complete holiday alfresco fun and relaxation.
The master bedroom offers an ensuite & walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom is modern & features a bath, separate shower and vanity. A separate toilet is provided.
The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and built in robes.
Secure parking is well catered for with double lock up garage featuring a remote controlled auto roller door with secure internal direct access into the villa and also to the back yard area. Please note that there is not enough parking for boats and trailers on site at this property. Parking on Eighth Street for large vehicles etc. is available.
Other features include unlimited free WiFi, ducted and zoned reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans and a corporate workstation.
Bed linen and towels etc are supplied in the tariff.

Summary: Modern, clean, comfortable house in quiet location. Great kitchen for those who would like to cook. Great (space and facilities) for a family with older kids or several couples travelling together. Lots of helpful hints around the house about the facilities (rather than having to go look up a "house instructions" booklet for everything - great idea. Owner contacted us ahead of time, as she was going to be away, to make sure we had all the info we needed about access etc.

Summary: Our host Kim was lovely to deal with . The house has three good sized bedrooms with queen beds in. Plenty of room for our family of four . The house was very clean and neat on arrival . The house did not lack for any amenities. The property is about 15 min walk to the river and a short drive to the main shopping centres. The property enabled us to enjoy a great family holiday in Mildura and location was perfect for all our needs. Highly recommend.
