Positive: The property was great for our stay. We were in Texas for a week to visit family. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, the private backyard was great as well to relax, the kitchen had all the basics if needed, plenty of closet space to hang clothes, I also loved the location. It’s a short drive to anywhere but the house is out of the busier areas which made it very quiet and relaxing at night, bathrooms were furnished with shave kits and toothbrushes and toothpaste just in case.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was there was no televisions in the bedrooms. Which was fine we used our phones or iPad to watch shows.
Summary: Would definitely book again! Visited Texas for a week for the first time to visit family originally planned on getting a

Positive: Booked for my daughter and her family I liked that there was enough room for them without feeling cramped like in a hotel.
Negative: Didn't like that there were no tvs in the rooms.

Negative: Paid an extra $50 to be able to gain entrance early at 1 pm . At 2:40 I still did not have code to get in bc they said I had not sent my ID, although it was sent the day of booking so therefore I wasn’t able to gain access until way after original time of arrival and my early arrival fee was not refunded. I would have appreciated that.
