Positive: Breakfast was wonderful. Healthy choices all beautifully prepared and presented. Service friendly and attentive. Room and bathroom were spotless, bed very comfortable. Garden area very attractive.

Negative: Room was at the back of the house behind the kitchen area, and did not have much natural light. Kitchen noise early in the morning (not too bad) and noise from (the loudest) customers eating breakfast and chatting loudly outside the window from 8.00am. The room really needs a small fridge.

Summary: Henk and Yao are friendly and helpful hosts with excellent local knowledge.

Positive: Very spacious, fab location, super friendly owners, who ran a cafe downstairs which sold an Amazing breakfast selection.

Negative: Very lumpy pillows, definitely need to be replaced. We were told that they had been busy when we arrived and our room was not ready, the bathroom could have done with a deep clean the sink especially around the taps was dirty. There were ants on the bedside table as it had a sticky substance that had not been cleaned. For the price it was great value, however the place needs to be refurbished and I would gladly return and pay extra to stay there.
